RESOLVED, Further, that Brede, Incorporated, is granted this permission on the following conditions: 1. That Brede, Incorporated, furnish the City of Saint Paul with liability insurance covering this operation and insuring the City against any and all claims in the amount of $100,000 for each individual injured in an accident, and $300,000_for each accident. 2. That Brede, Incorporated, reimburse the City of Saint Paul for labor and materials necessary for traffic control incident to the proposed street closing. 3. That Brede, Incorporated, in accordance with applicable ordinances, pay the usual fees for all parking meter hooding incident to the proposed street closing. 4. That from 7:00 A.M. to 8:30 A.M. on each morning that Fifth Street is closed, there be no maneuvering or parking boat - transports on Exchange Street, Seventh Street, Auditorium or Fourth Street except those that may be confined exclusively to within ten feet of the north curb of Fourth Street between Washington Street and Exchange Street.
