The commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the
preliminary order of the Council, known as Council File No. 195119 ,
approved Dec. 21st. , 19 59 , relative to reconstruction
of the sidewalk on both sides of Fairmount Ave. from Finn. Ave. to Cretin Av%,
and having investigated the matters and things referred to-therein, hereby
reports:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $0.52 per sq. ft. foronc. cone. walk I�"
thick. Extra work(Excay., fill] cone. rem'd, root cutting, drive crossings,etc.)
at extra cost.
2. A plan, profile or sketch of said improvement is hereto attached and
made a part hereof.

Gentlemen: --
I am in receipt of a notice that there will
be a hearing before your Honorable Body on March 8th2 1960,
to consider Prelimary Order No.195119', which proposes to re-
construct the sidewalk on Fairmount Avenue, between Finn and
Cretin.
I am the owner of property at #2173 Fairmount
Avenue, Which is within the proposed area.
The sidewalk on my property is, and for several
years has been, in a very bad state of disrepair, and should be
replaced. I am therefore in favor of said improvement.
