having heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully 'considered
the same; therefore., be it
RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the precise nature, extent and kind-' of
improvement to be made by the said City is opening, widening and exten ing an :alley in
Block 1, Van Slyke & Lewist ReArrangement of Humbirds Addition; from ] Soto St,
to Clark St. by taking and condemning for turn - around purposesithe East 20 ft, of
