therefor, and hereby awards contract for furnishing and delivering to the Department
of Public Works, Bureau of Municipal Equipment, 891 North Dale Street, St, Paul,
Minnesota, Seven Int*1 B -172 Trucks, GVW not less than 21,000 #, with LaHass #154 Dump
Box 9x7, and Perfection Model 7020 LM Hoist to INTERNATIONAL HARVESTER COMPANY
in accordance with City specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal
Bid #7947 of said International Harvester Company for the price of $28,141,19 less
allowance of $2660 for Seven 1952 Diamond T Model 52OPW Trucks, making net amount
of contract $25,481.19, such bid being the lowest and said bidder being a reasonable
and reliable one and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up
the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorize
to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul,
