Council City of St. Paul Dear Council Members: An inspection has been made of the three story frame, 19 apartment building at 419 Iglehart Avenue, described as East 20 feet of Lot 20, All Lot 21, Block 19, Mackubin & Marshall's Addition to St. Paul. This building is 58 by 42 by 39, framo, and stucco exteri- or. Plaster is loose, chimney is damaged, wiring is in bad condition, and there is some settlement in the floors. Building is vacant, fire damaged, and open, creating a moral and fire hazard. It is dangerous to life, limb, and adjoining property and should be wrecked and removed. A Danger Notice has been posted. The last known record owners are Jack M. and Lois M. Kelly, 516 Montrose Lane, ---�' St. Paul 5, Minnesota.
