RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held by and before the
Council of the City of Saint Paul, in the Council Chamber
of the Court House and City Hall, in said City, at ten,
o'clock A. M. on April 1, 1960, upon the advisability and
necessity of the repair, replacement, remodeling, or wrecking
and removal of the three story frame, 19 P4paptment building
on the East 20 feet of Lot 20, all Lot 21, Block 19, Mackubin
& Marshall's Addiction to St. Paul, according to the plat thereof
recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey
County, Minnesota, also described as No. 419 Iglehart Avenue,
because said structure is reported to be dangerous and unsafe
to life, limb and adjoining property.

Dear Council Members:
An inspection has been made of the three story frame, 19
apartment building at 419 Iglehart Avenue, described as
East 20 feet of Lot 20, All Lot 21, Block 19, Mackubin &
Marshall's Addition to St. Paul.
This building is 58 by 42 by 39, framo, and stucco exteri-
or. Plaster is loose, chimney is damaged, wiring is in bad
condition, and there is some settlement in the floors.
Building is vacant, fire damaged, and open, creating a
moral and fire hazard. It is dangerous to life, limb,
and adjoining property and should be wrecked and removed.
A Danger Notice has been posted. The last known record
owners are Jack M. and Lois M. Kelly, 516 Montrose Lane,
---�' St. Paul 5, Minnesota.
Kindly-set a hearing date for condemnation action in ac-
cordance with Section 1.07 -2 of the St. Paul Legislative
Code.
