the construction of a sewer in Cottage Ave. from Burr Street to Jessie Street;
in Jessie Street from Cottage Ave. to Ivy Ave.;in Bradley St. from Cottage
Ave. to Ivy Ave.; in Ivy Ave. from Jessie St, to a point that is 35 ft. east
of the east line of Lot 162 Block 11 Stone & Morton's 2nd Add., all of which
is to be known as the JESSIE -IVY SEWER SYSTEM., under Preliminary Order 191860
approved April 15, 1959 and Final Order 19 226 approved October 6, 1959.
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications as submitted for the above.,
improvement., be and the same are hereby approved and the Commissioner of
Public Wnrks� be and he:�is hereby directed to do the fine grading, gr*veling$
oiling and the construction of bituminous gutters by City Forces at an
estimated cost of $16 .,429.00, and the Pdrehasing Agent proceed to secure
the necessary materials, and be it ' ' I

FURTHER RESOLVED$ That the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby directed
to obtain bids for the improvement., the bids to show separately the amount for
the grading work(except the work to be done by City Forces) and thekamount: t-__,
for sewer work as per plans and specifications., and the total-thereof to be
considered as bids for the entire improvement., and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED That the cost of the above improvement,including engineer-
