Mortinson DATE ' March 9 19 11962-01 WHEREAS, The Commissioner of Libraries, Auditorium, Museums and Stadia has reported in accordance with Section 53 of the City Charter, the existence of an emergency during the period from January 31st through February 27th, 1960 which rendered necessary the employ- ment of certain employees of the Department of Libraries, Auditorium, Museums and Stadia, Bureau of Auditorium, for more than eight hours per dW or forty hours per week in doing the following work: operate switchboard, ventilating systems, run ice plant and supervise dosing carnival eve ts, hockey games, road ice show, home show and other events held in the building._ And M HEREAS, This emergency arose by reason of the following facts and circumstances: No other trained help available to work during many attractions and events taking place in the building. This time includes Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
