RESOLVED, that Biagini Bros. Construction Cpmpany be
permitted to install and operate a 19 -car off street parking
lot at the southeast corner of English Street and Larpenteur
Avenue, on Lots 10 and 11, and north 5 feet of Lot 12, Block 8,
Pioneer Deal Estate and Building Society Subdivision, in
accordance with plans approved February 4, 1960, and subject to
compliance with the provisions of all ordinances governing t he
operation of parking lots and to the further condition that
sidewalks abutting said premises be kept clean and free of ice
and snow at all-times.

Re: Appeal for Relaxation of Zoning Ordinance
Set -Back Requirements
Dear Sirs:
We wish to make an appeal for relaxation of the set back requirements
to permit us to install an off - street parking lot in conjunction with a
proposed food store at the southeast corner of the intersection of English
Street and Larpenteur Avenue. We would like to install our parking lot up
to the front property line on English Street in accordance with the attached
plot plan showing building layout and parking lot.
The legal description of the property involved is Lots #10, #11 and
#12, Block #8, Pioneer Real Estate and Building Society Subdivision, St.
Paul, Minnssota. The property owners are Biagini Bros., Inc., 660 Jenks
Street, St. Paul 6, Minnesota.
This is an appeal under the Legislative Zoning Code, Chapter 64.03,
paragraph $► Jtr .
We are also making application for off - street parking lot permit at
this time and we would like these actions handled at the same time.
