We would like to install our parking lot up to the front property line on English Street in accordance with the attached plot plan showing building layout and parking lot. The property owners are Biagini Bros., Inc., 660 Jenks Street, St. Paul 6, Minnesota. This is an appeal under the Legislative Zoning Code, Chapter 64.03, paragraph $► Jtr .
