RESOLVED, that the proper City officers are hereby
authorized and directed to sign a release of all claims
arising out of an accident where the automobile of John F.
Monogue damaged City property on the Robert Street Bridge
on November 8, 1959, the damaged property and the extent
thereof being represented by Registered Bill No. 1 -8190 of the
Department of Public Works in the amount of $117.259 payment
of the full amount of said bill having been made to the City
of Saint Paul.
