RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held by and before
the Council of the City of Saint Paul, in the Council
Chamber of the Court House and City Hall, in said City,
at ten o'clock A. M. on March 23, 1960, upon the advisability
and necessity of the repair, replacement, remodeling, or
wrecking and removal of the one story frame building located
on the south 40 feet of Lots 1 and 2, Block 20, Arlington
Hills Addition to St. Paul, according to the plat thereof
recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey
County, Minnesota, also described as No. 977 Arcade Street
because said structure is reported to be dangerous and
unsafe to life, limb and adjoining property.

Dear Council Members:
An inspection has been made of the commercial building known
as 977 Arcade Street, which is located on the South 40 feet
of Lots 1 and 2, Block 20, Arlington Hills Addition to St.
Paul.
This is a one story frame building with walls out of plumb,
and floors out of level. In general, it is very dilapidat-
ed, dangerous to life, limb, and adjoining property. It
should be wrecked and removed.
Danger Notices have been posted,. The last known record own-
ers are Harry H and Kenneth R.IWinkler, 961 Arcade Street,
St. Paul 6.
Kindly set a hearing date in accordance with Section 1.07 -2
of the St. Paul Legislative Code,,which outlines condemna-
tion procedure for Dangerous Structures.
