Vue Vent, 6M 7 -69 8 GEB 2 6196D Adopted by the Council 19 FEB 2 s 1930 Approved 19 Mayor l Countp Ubitor s ®iiice COUNTY BOARD St. Paul, Minn., File No. 1764 Resolution9 -5i+� No. February 29, 19$60 The attention of Council, City of St. Paul - Comptroller - Custodian - Auditor - Don Lais is respectfully called to the following Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey County, Minnesota, adopted at the meeting held on February 29, 1960 By Commissioner Carlson: WHEEMAS The Joint Court House and City Hall Committee has amended its financial procedure to provide that there be created a special fund of monies collected as rentals or payments for utilities, for space and utititibse used in the Court House and City Hall, which fund can be expended by said Joint Committee for the maintenance and operation of the Court House and City Hall, and has requested the County Board of Commissioners of Ramsey County to approve such amendment; Now, Therefore, Be It RESOLVED That the amendment to the Joint Court House and City Hall Committee financial procedure set out above and it hereby is approved.
