WHEREAS,•the Joint Court House and City Hall Committee
of the City of Saint Paul and the County of Ramsey has hereto-
fore, on the 15th day of February, 1960, resolved to establish
a special fund to which certain receipts of the Joint Court
House and City Hall Committee may be credited and from which
expenditures may be made on the basis of approval therefor
by the Joint Court House and City Hall Committee, now, there-
fore, be it
RESOLVED, That the City Comptroller is authorized and
directed to establish, on behalf of the Joint Court House and
City Hall Committee, a special fund, hereinafter designated as
Joint Court House and City Hall Committee Receipts Fund, Fund
No. 1049; and be it
FURTHER FURTHER RESOLVED, That the aforesaid fund shall consist
of any and all receipts of funds which would increase the funds
of the Committee in excess of the amounts budgeted therefor
by the City or the County;

Don Lais
is respectfully called to the following Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey
County, Minnesota, adopted at the meeting held on February 29, 1960
By Commissioner Carlson:
WHEEMAS The Joint Court House and City Hall Committee has amended
its financial procedure to provide that there be created a special fund of
monies collected as rentals or payments for utilities, for space and utititibse
used in the Court House and City Hall, which fund can be expended by said
Joint Committee for the maintenance and operation of the Court House and
City Hall, and has requested the County Board of Commissioners of Ramsey
County to approve such amendment; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED That the amendment to the Joint Court House and City Hall
Committee financial procedure set out above and it hereby is approved.
