In the matter of grading and surfacing with bituminous
material the alley in Block 7, Butterfield Synidcate Addition No. 1
from Avon Street to Fisk Street; also construct a sewer in the alley
from a point 119.56 feet east of Fisk Street to the existing sewer
in Fisk Street, under Preliminary Order C. F. 191999, approved
April 23, 1959, and Final Order C. F. 193295, approved August 4, 1959.
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications for the construc-
tion of a sewer in the alley from a point 119.56 feet east of Fisk
Street to the existing sewer in Fisk Street, as submitted by the
Commissioner of Public Works, be and the same are hereby approved
! and be it further
RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby _
directed to advertise for bids on this improvement.
