WHEREAS, Additions and Deductions which might prove to be
necessary in the Improvement described as the BATTLE CREEK
SEWER - EASTERN BRANCH, Comptrollerts Contract L -6148,
Beatson and Kelly, Contractor, have -been provided for in
the Specifications, and
WHEREAS, it has been found necessa ry to make the following
Addition and Deduction :

TOTAL NET ADDITIONS and
WHEREAS, the total net Addition is 51848.75, now therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the City of St. 1aul through its City Council
approves the foregoing Addition faade' in, accordance with the
Specifications in tre sum of $ 5,848.75, said amount to be
added to the lump sum consideration named in the Contract,
known as Comptrollerts Contract L -6148, and which amount is
to be financed by the Village of Yaplwwood.to the extent of
two - thirds and the remaining one -third by the City of St. Paul,
for the making of the above Improvement.
The Commissioner of Public Works has a reed with the
Contractor above named, that-the sum of 6 f, 849.75 is the s
correct amount to be added to the above Contract.
