Whereas, Additions which might prove to be necessary in the improvement
described as the grading of Pacific & McLean from Hazelwood St. to Barclay
St., and Barclay St. from McLean Ave. to Pacific St., Comptroller's Contract
L- 6198 -A, J. R. Walker & Sons, Inc., Contractor, have been provided for in
the specifications, and
Whereas, It has been found necessary to make the following additions:
625.5 Sq. Yds. Top Soil and Sod @ .85 - - - $531.68
Total Addition: $531.68
Whereas,the total addition is $531.68, now therefore be it
Resolved, That the City of St. Paul, through its City Council, approves
the foregoing addition, made in accordance with the specifications in the
sum of $531.68, said amount-to be added to the lump sum price named in the
contract, known as Comptrollers Contract L- 6198 -A, for the making of the
above improvement. This additional amount to be assessed against the bene-
fitted property.
The Commissioner of Public Works has agreed with the above named contrac-
tor that the sum of $531.68 is the correct amount to be added to the above
contract. _
