Dear Council Members:
Under date of December 8, 1960, a printed copy of Council
File No. 199713 was mailed to'Oscar Robbins, 489 St. Peter
Street, St. Paul 2, which resolution directed the wrecking
and removal of the 8 -unit apartment building on Lot 20,
Block 3, Irvine's Addition to St. Paul, also known as
116 -122 Iglehart Avenue, as published in the official pa-
per.
No appeal. has been filed with this office for a rehearing
of the condemnation proceedings and the building has not
been removed. Please proceed with the condemnation action,
which will authorize the Commissioner of Parks And Recrea-
tion And Public Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck
and remove the building thereon, and to do any and all things
therein necessary for the protection of life, limb and adjoin-
ing property.
