Court House and City Hall, in said City, at ten o'clock A.M.
on 19th day of January 1961
upon the advisability and necessity of the repair, replacement,
remodeling, or wrecking and removal of the two story frame duplex
dwelling on Lot 20, Block 4, Milton Addition, according to the
plat thereof recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of
Ramsey County, Minnesota, also described as 905 St. Anthony Avenue,
because said structure is reported to be dangerous and unsafe to
life,llimb and adjoining property.

Dear Council Members:
This Department has inspected the two story duplex dwell-
ing at 905 St. Anthony Avenue, on Lot 20, Block 4, Milton
Addition.
This building is 30 by 30 by 26, moved here about a year
ago and not repaired. It is standing open, grade entrance
platform falling apart, windows are smashed and missing,
interior badly damaged by vandals, and it is beyond rea-
sonable repair and should be, wrecked and removed.
The last known record owner is Mike Rodriguez, 666 Cherry -
Avenue, St. Paul 6; Al Johnson, 2977 Rice Street, Mortgage
Holder; and Allen H. Aaron is attorney for Mr. Johnson,
c/o 1008 Minnesota Building, St. Paul 1, Minnesota.
Please set a hearing date for condemnation action in accord-
ance with Section 1.07 -2 of the St. Paul Legislative Code.
