SCHROEDER, City Architect 445 City Hall, Zone 2 CApital 4 -4612 Ext. 361 December 21, 1960 Hon, Council City of Saint Paul Dear Council Members: This Department has inspected the two story duplex dwell- ing at 905 St. Anthony Avenue, on Lot 20, Block 4, Milton Addition. This building is 30 by 30 by 26, moved here about a year ago and not repaired. It is standing open, grade entrance platform falling apart, windows are smashed and missing, interior badly damaged by vandals, and it is beyond rea- sonable repair and should be, wrecked and removed. The last known record owner is Mike Rodriguez, 666 Cherry - Avenue, St. Paul 6; Al Johnson, 2977 Rice Street, Mortgage Holder; and Allen H. Aaron is attorney for Mr. Johnson, c/o 1008 Minnesota Building, St. Paul 1, Minnesota.
