Youngman & Lamm's Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota, according
to the recorded plat thereof in the office of the Register of
Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, also described as No. 2254
Stewart Avenue, and wreck and remove the one story frame
single family dwelling thereon, and do any and all things therein
necessary for the protection of life, limb and adjoining proper-
ty.

which resolution directed the wrecking and removal of the one
story frame single family dwelling on Lot 2, Block 3, Young -
mahn & Lamm's Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota, also known
as 2254 Stewart.Avenue, St. Paul, as published in the offi-
cial paper.
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing of
the condemnation proceedings and the structure has not been
removed. Please proceed with the condemnation action, which
will authorize the Commissioner of Parks And Recreation And
Public Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and
remove the structure thereon, and to do any and all things
therein necessary for the protection of life, limb, and ad-
joining property..
