plat thereof in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey

Dear Council Members:
Under date of December 5, 1960, a printed copy of Council
File No. 199823 was mailed to Olivia Callander, 3244
Owasso Hts., St. Paul 12 with a copy to Hart Callender,
1315 Rice Street, St. Paul 17, which resolution directed
the wrecking and removal of the one story frame single fam-
ily dwelling on Lot 26, Block 5, Hager's Subdivision of
Lots 1 to 7 and 14 to 18 of Walcott's Addition to Cottage
Homes, also known as 1389 Hawley Street, as published in
the official paper.
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing
of the condemnation proceedings and the structure has not
been removed. Please proceed with the condemnation action,
which will authorize the Commissioner of Parks And Recrea-
tion And Public Buildings to enter upon the property and
wreck and remove the structure thereon, and to do any and
all things therein necessary for the protection of life,
limb, and adjoining property.
