RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the-Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labo4, materials, equipment
and,services necessary for or reasonably incidental to the installation of a steam boiler
at the Traffic Bureau Shop Buildirg,.666 East Third Street, St. Paul, Minnesota, to
AXEL NEW11M BEATING & PLUMING CO., INC. in accordance with City plans and specifications
therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #8211 of said Axel Newman Feating and'Plumbing
Co. for the contract price of $3625.00, such bid being the lowest and said Axel
Newman Heating and Plumbing Co., Inc. being a reasonable and reliablerbidder and the
Corpofation Counsel be and'hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract
therefor,, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract
