Vffiffih�AS, on December 6, 1960, the Board of Mucation, 8t. Paul
Public Schools, passed ,a resolution authorizing the payment of *1500
to Thomas Fogelberg, Dewey Fogelberg, his father, and bernard P. Friel,
their attorney, as settlement in the case of said 'Thomas Fogelberg and
Dewey Fogelberg against one Frank Johnson, a teacher and employee of
said Board of Education; and further authorized the payment of *205.89
to the Liberty Mutual Insurance Company representing 50 per cent of tlga-
expense necessary for the preparation for trial of said - case; be it
RESOLVED, that the :aforesaid resolution is hereby concurred
in ,and confirmed, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and
directed to make payment in accordance with the aforesaid resolution,
