THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT' PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 7607, approved February 13, 1935, as amended, be and the same is hereby' further amended by striking out the title and specifications for "Junior Health Sanitarian". Section, 2. That said, ordinance, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by striking out the specifications for "Health Sanitarian", and by substituting in lieu thereof the following: (This title is hereby abolished except as to present incumbents. Section 3. Proetz, Chief of Police of the City of Saint Paul; and s >t WHEREAS, on December 12, 1960, the City Council set the date for hearing upon said charges; and WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Public Safety has withdrawn the charges preferred and has evidenced a desire to reinstate said William F. Proetz to the office of Chief of Police; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, that the suspension of William F. Proetz from all duties as Chief of Police of the City of Saint Paul is herewith rescinded; be-it . FURTHER RESOLVED, that William F.
