WHEREAS: The Y. M. C. A . (Midway Branch) desire to withdraw Application F -12051 for
Foodstuff - Vending Machine Location License at 1761 University Avenue and
request the return of the .license fee deposited thereon, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That the proper city officers be and they are hereby authorized to refund
to the Y. M., C. A. (Midway Branch) the fee of $6.00 and to cancel said
application for license.
