WHEREAS: The Louis F. Dow Co. desire to withdraw Application F -12219 for Foodstuff-
Vending Machine Location License at 2242 University Avenue and request the
return of the license fee deposited thereon, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That the proper city officers be and they are hereby authorized to refund
to the Louis F.Dow Co. the fee of $6.00 and to cancel said application for
license.
