Council City of St. Paul Dear Council Members: An inspection has been made of the two story frame dwelling at 2278 Stewart Avenue, described as Lot 7, Block 3, Youngman & Lamm's Addition. The main building is 16 by 18 with a one story addition 12 by 18, This building is frame, dilapidated beyond reason- able repair, and dangerous to life, limb, and adjoining property and should be wrecked and removed. The last known record owner is James Kennedy, 2278 Stewart Avenue, St. Paul 16, Minnesota. A Danger Notice has been posted.
