RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held by and before the
Council of the City of Saint Paul, in the Council Chamber of the
Court House and City Hall, in said City, at ten o'clook A. M.
on January 6, 1961, upon the advisability and necessity of the
repair, replacement, remodeling, or wrecking and removal of
the two story frame dwelling on Lot 7, Block 3, Youngman &
Lamm's Addition, according to the plat thereof recorded in the
office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota,
also described as No. 2278 Stewart Avenue, because said structure
is reported to be dangerous and unsafe to life, limb and adjoining
property.

Dear Council Members:
An inspection has been made of the two story frame dwelling
at 2278 Stewart Avenue, described as Lot 7, Block 3,
Youngman & Lamm's Addition.
The main building is 16 by 18 with a one story addition 12
by 18, This building is frame, dilapidated beyond reason-
able repair, and dangerous to life, limb, and adjoining
property and should be wrecked and removed.
The last known record owner is James Kennedy, 2278 Stewart
Avenue, St. Paul 16, Minnesota. A Danger Notice has been
posted.
Kindly institute condemnation action by setting a hearing
date in accordance with Section 1.07 -2 of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code.
