Street to Montgomery Street by grading and paving said street with 8" pne course concrete
pavement; by constructing sewer, water and gas service connections where necessary; by constructin
drive-Way and approached where necessary; by constructing drainage facilities; by reconstructing
the sidewalks, curbs and pavements on intersecting streets where not in conformity with said
improvement.
Also construct an 1811 storm water relief sewer on Myrtle Avenue from LaSalle Street to

I transmit herewith a preliminary estimate of cost for improving MYRTLE
AVENUE from LaSalle Street to Hampden Avenue and from Pillsbury Street to Mont-
gomery Street by grading and paving said street with 8!' one course concrete pave-
ment; by constructing sewer, water and gas service connections where necessary;
by constructing drainage facilities; by reconstructing the sidewalks, curbs and
pavements on intersecting streets where not in conformity with said improvement;
by constructing an 1811 storm water relief sewer from LaSalle Street to Hampden
Avenue and by doing all other work necessary and incidental to complete said
improvement, under Preliminary Order C. F. 198338, approved August 4, 1960.
Estimated Construction Cost $67,218.00
Engineering & Inspection 8,066.00
Total Estimated Cost $75,284.00
Estimated Property - Assessment 24,554.00
City's Share of Cost (Bond Fund 200 ST -28) $50,730.00
The property share of the paving cost is based on making an assessment
of $9.35,per front foot for a frontage of 2380 ]in. feet with driveway approaches
and - aprons as an extra charge of $7.00 per square yard.
The property share of the sewer cost is based on making'an assessment
of $2.95 per front foot for a frontage of 780 ]in. feet. The cost of recon-
structing and adjusting the industrial tracks to the proposed pavement grades
are not included in this estimate.
No water service connections are required.
611 sewer service connections at $150.00 each where necessary.
