RESOLVED, That Walter L. Mayer be paid the sum of
$150.00 out of the Workmen's Compensation Account of the
General Fund in full settlement of his claim against the
City of Saint Paul for compensation resulting from his injury
of February 8, 1951, while in the employ of the Department
of Public Safety, Bureau of Fire, said sum of $150.00 representing
an additional 5 per cent permanent partial disability to his
left eye.
