RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby ordered condemning and taking an easement
In the land necessary for slopes, cuts
1. To investigate the necessity for or desirability of the making of said im rovand fills, including right of removal of

or remainder thereof occasioned by
2. To investigate the nature, extent and estimated cost of said improvement, a excavations thereof or construction of

3. To furnish a plan, profile or sketch of said improvement. with bituminous material the alley in

5. To report upon all of the foregoing matters to the Commissioner of Finance.
