An ordinance amending Chapter 125 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code,
pertaining to truck routes. This is an emergency ordinance rendered nec-
essary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT'PAUL.DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1.
That Section 125.03, Subsection (3), Saint Paul Legislative Code,
is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
ROUTE NO. 35

Section 2.
This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance
rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and
safety.
Section 3.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage,
approval and publication.
