WHEREAS, Additions which might prove to be necessary in the
f Improvement described as the construction of a Sewer in
1 Block 1, CLIFTONDALE ADDITION ASOMMEW from Alley to Dunlap
Street, Comptroller's Contract L -6272, Webster Company,
contractor, have been provided for in the Specifications, and
WHEREAS, it-has been found necessary to make the following
Addition:
ADDITION: 16.3 cu. yds. of excavation 4.00 65. 20, and
WHEREAS, the Addition is $ 65.20., now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the City of St. Paul through its City Council
approves the foregoing addition made in accordance with the
Specifications in the sum of $ 65.20, said sum to be added
to the lump sum consideration named in the contract, known
as Comptroller's Contract L -6272, for the making of the above
Improvement, .which amount is to be assessed against the
benefited property.
The Commissi oner *of Pubinc "Works has agreed wi th
the above named Contractor that the sum of $ 65.20 is the
correct amount to be added to the above contract.
