In regard to the application of Normis Auto Parts Inc.
for permission to install a 1,000 gallon underground gasoline
storage tank and 1 pump at their place of business at 591 Concord.
We have investigated the foregoing and report that
this installation will be installed in accordance with the rules
and regulations of the National Board of Fire Underwriters and
the St. Paul Fire Prevention Code.
We, therefore, 'recommend that permit be granted.
