ing to the recorded plat thereof in the office of the Register
of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, also described as No,
920 Albemarle Street, and wreck and remove the two stogy frame
duplex dwelling thereon, and do any and all things therein
necessary for the protection of life, limb and adjoining prop-
erty.

Dear Council Members:
Under date of September 7, 1960, a printed copy of Council
File No. 198749 was mailed to Wm. H. Muske, Minnesota Build-
ing, St. Paul 1 (Record Owner); Bernard Epstein Griggs
Midway Building, St. Paul 4 (Contract Purchaser; and Andrew
H. Wieslewski, 775 Front Avenue, St. Paul 3, which resolution
directed the wrecking and removal of the two story frame
duplex dwelling on Except East 17 feet, Lot 16, Block 1,
McKenty's Outlots to St. Paul, also known as 920 Albemarle
Street.
On October 17, an application was made by a James E. Marshall
2818 Galtier Street for a building permit to repair, but this
has not been issued to date. No appeal has been filed with
this office for a rehearing of the condemnation proceedings
and the structure has not been removed.
Please proceed with the condemnation action, which will author-
ize the Commissioner of Parks And Recreation.And Public Build-
ings to enter upon the property and wreck and remove the
structure thereon, and do any and all things therein necessary
for the protection of life, limb and adjoining property.
