An ordinance appropriating the balances remaining in the
Charter Funds, Commissioner of Public Works Fund Number 10;
Street Construction and Repair Fund Number 11; Sewer Construction
and Repair Fund Number 12; Street and Sewer Cleaning Fund Number
13; and Bridge Construction and Repair Fund Number 14, at the end
of the year 1960 after all obligations and purposes for which the
funds were appropriated have been provided for. This is an emergency
ordinance rendered necessary for the public peace, health and safety.
TEE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION I
T#at the balances remaining in Charter Funds, Commissioner of
Public Works Fund No. 10,•' Street Construction and Repair Fund No. 11;
Sewer Construction and Repair Fund 12; Street and Sewer Cleaning Fund
No. 13 and Bridge Construction and Repair Fund No. 14, are hereby
appropriated and set aside for the purpose of paying salaries of the
Department and purchasing supplies, mat6rials and equipment fcr the
year 1961:
- _SECTION II
This ordinance is hereby• declared to be an emergency ordinance
rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health
and safety.
SECTION III
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately
upon its passage and publication.
