The compliance date on the orders was August 15, 2007 and September 17, 2007 on the surmnary abatement order. The property was re-inspected on September 14 and October 11, 2007 and was not in compliance. A work order was sent to the Police Department who had the vehicle towed on October 15, 2007 for a total assessment of $283. Orders were mailed to Voua Yang and Bi Lor, as well as occupant, at 1649 Cottage Avenue East and there was not rettxrned mail Voua Yang, property owner, stated that he didn't know who the car belonged to and didn't find the owner until April. He asked the owner of the vehicle to attend this hearing and he didn't show up. Ms. Moermond asked what the history of complaints was for this property. Mr. Robinson responded that there hadn't been any other complaints. Ms. Moermond asked Mr. Yang who read letters or notices to him that he received. NIr. Yang responded that his son read him the notice.
