Resolved, By the Council of the City
of Saint Paul, that said Council in its
On behalf and in behalf of said City
of Saint Paul and its people, hereby,
shall be deemed to have taken-,and
recorded official cognizance of the able
efforts of Mr. Wheelock Whitney and
his associates which have resulted in
their success in bringing major :league
baseball to the Twin Cities;
Resolved Further, By said Council,
that its cooperation and that of the
People of Saint Pahl is assured to Mr.

RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint
Paul, that said Council, in its own behalf and in behalf of
said City of Saint Paul and its people, hereby, shall be deemed
to have taken and recorded official cognizance of the able
efforts of Mr. Wheelock Whitney and his associates which have
resulted in their success in bringing major league baseball to
the Twin Cities;
RESOLVED FURTHER, by said Council, that its coopera-
tion and that of the people of Saint Paul is assured to Mr.
Whitney and his associates, in helping to make the activities
of said major league baseball in the Twin Cities a continuing
success;
RESOLVED FURTHER, by said Council, that attestation
in permanent form shall be deemed to have been given hereby to
the aforesaid efforts of Mr. Whitney and his associates and that
commendations and thanks therefor be and hereby are extended
by said Council in its own behalf and in behalf of said City
of Saint Paul and its people, to said individuals;
