Dear Sir:
In regard to the application of the Nielsen Funeral Coach
Rental Company for permission to install one -1,000 gallon underground
gasoline storage tank inside their garage building and one pump
immediately in front of the building for private use only at 882 Selby
Aveme.
We have investigated the foregoing and report that there
is no basement in this building and the fill and vent pipe will be
installed on the outside.
Therefore, there will be no great increase in the fire
hazard and recommend that permit be granted.

Gentlemen & Mrs. DeCourcy:
We hereby apply for a permit to install a,- 1,000- gallon gasoline tank inside
of a garage building at 882 Selby Ave. and 1 pump immediately in front of
said building for private use of Nielsen Funeral Coach Rental. The pump and
driveway serving the same are far removed from the sidewalk line on Selby
Ave. and there is no possibility of cars being parked on or near said sidewalk
while being serviced.
