WHEREAS, Additions and Deductions which might prove to be necessary
in the Improvement described as the Construction of the LEXINGTON
PARKWAY BRIDGE over the Northern Route (Bridge No. 72,6 M.H.D.), and
the Grading of the Northern Route from 450 feet East of Lexington
Parkway to Griggs Street, Comptroller's Contract L -6092, M.E. SOUTHER
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, Contractor, have been provided for in the
Specifications, and
WHEREAS, 'it has been found necessary to make the following Additions'.
ADDITIONS
2,000 cu. yds. of Class "All Excavation(Stockpiled) 0 72/ $1,440.00
- Furnish and Place Conduits, wiring and pull
boxes at north end of bridge 34.00

- Removal and Replacing approximately 65 sq. yds.
of asphalt paving north of new bridge and
south of detour road . . . . 40 347.00
TOTAL ADDITION
WHEREAS, the total Addition is 2,131.00, now therefore., be it
RESOLVED, that the City of St. Paul through its City Council approves
the foregoing Addition made in accordance with the Specifications in
the sum of $ 29131.00, said amount to be added to the cost of the
final quantities named in the Contract, known as Comptroller's
Contract L -6092, for the making of the above Improvement, and which
amount is to be financed from Municipal State Aid Funds, Project No.
62- 174 -03.
The Commissioner of Public Works has agreed with the above
named Contractor thst the sum of 42,131.00 is the correct amount to
be added to the above Contract.
