RESOLVED, that John J. Verstraete, Jr. be permitted to
construct a six -foot high fence on his property at the north-
east corner of Carroll and Cleveland Avenues in this City,
known as 2065 Carroll Avenue., said fence to be constructed
under the direction and to the satisfaction of the Commissioner
of Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings.

Dear Council Members:
A request has been directed to this office for permission
to erect a s.ix foot high fence at the northeast corner of
Carroll and Cleveland, on a lot known as 2065 Carroll Ave-
nue, owned by John J. Verstraete, Jr.
This request has been reviewed by the Traffic Bureau from
a traffic standpoint and we have a favorable reaction from
them. This office has made an inspection, and can see no
objections to a six foot fence at this location.
