east of English Street
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby
reports:

to the disposition of the final order for the construction of a sewer
in McLean Avenue from Point Douglas Road to 215 feet east of English
Street, under Preliminary Order 197093, approved May 11, 1960.
The Sewer Engineer advises that this work is proceeding
under ordinance permit and we, therefore, request that action be
taken to discontinue this order.
