RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Parks
and Recreation and Public Buildings hereby is authorized
and directed to acquiesce in behalf of the City of Saint
Paul as owner of adjacent premises, in the proposed rezoning
of the following described real estate:
Lots 1 and 2, Block 4, and Lots 11 and 12,
except the South 100 feet thereof, in said Block 4,
"Lake Phalen Addition No. 2 ", also known as 1449 Arcade
Street, St. Paul, Minn.;from "A" Residence District to
Commercial District, pursuant to a pending petition
f therefor by Tadeusz Augustyniak, et al., and to such rezoning
thereof as shall be necessary to the end that the same in
its entirety shall be zoned in a commercial district.

the Department of Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings in
acquiescing with the petitioners only to the extent of securing a
hearing. We do not wish to enjoin them as a petitioner as such.
