PAUL OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK COUNCIL RESOLUTION-GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY G� �'1 //1+ �2 ����'/ COMMISSIONER— DATE COUNCIL NO 9941® FILE WHEREAS, The City of Saint Paul is acquiring necessary additional easements in properties in Ramsey County for the improvement and expansion of the Waterworks System for the supply of water serving the City of Saint Paul; and WHEREAS, The fee owners of Tracts 6 -B and 7 of the lands in which said easements are being acquired have appealed from the awards of damage in the sums and amounts of $2,485.00 and $1,300.00 damage which the Commissioners appointed by the Court estimated and reported with respect.to said Tracts 6 -B and 7, respectively, of said lands, which said sums and amounts heretofore have been paid into the Clerk of Court in and for said County of Ramsey; and WHEREAS, As a result of negotiation between representatives of the interested parties said fee owners have agreed to settle this matter and to dismiss their appeals therein upon payment to them of the additional sums and amounts of $632.50 and $275.00, with respect to said Tracts 6 -B and 7, respectively; and, the Board of Water Commissioners having authorized the payments of said additional sums and amounts by its resolution approved 96tober 24, 1960, a copy whereof is annexed and made part hereof the same as if set forth herein verbatim; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby approve and ratify said action of the Board of Water Commissioners and approves and authorizes the payment of said7additional sums and amounts of $632.50 and $275.00 to the fee owners of said Tracts 6 -B and 7, respectively, said sums and amounts to be paid out of the Water Fund 23 -B.
