Corporation Counsel of a release approved by him,
Gilbert J. Owen, Jr., be paid $53.50 out of the
Judgment and Compromise Fund in full payment of
damages sustained in an accident on September 21, 1960,
with John Culver, fireman, while in the performance
of his official duties.
