RESOLVED: That On and Off Sale Malt Beverage. 49- licenses- No =25.64,
all expiring May 26, 1961, issued to Darlene Y. Erickson at 121 South Wabasha
Street be and the same are hereby revoked upon the recommendation of the Bureau
of Police, because of the arrest of Darrell W. Erickson, an employe, on the
charge of permitting a minor to consume 3.2 beer in a 3.2 establishment, being
sent to court thereon, pleading guilty thereto and sentenced to $100.00 fine or
10 days, paying said fine.
