WHEREAS, by authorization of the Laws of Minnesota
in and for the year 1959, mgre particularly, Chapter
330, H. F. No.-217., and ratified by C.F. 192216,
approved May 71 1959, the City of St. Paul may pay
a portion of the cost of Sidewalk Construction and
Street Grading, when such costs exceed the benefits
to the property owner, now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Public Works b e
and he is hereby authorized and directed to pay from
the Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund, Code 30 01,
a portion of the cost of constructing sidewalks along
and in conjunction with the Paving of DALE STREET from
Lincoln Avenue to Central Avenue, L- 5977 -A, in the
amount of $ 3,182.90, said sidewalk work having been
done under the 1958 Sidewalk Contract, and said Per-
manent Improvement Revolving Fund to be reimbursed
from the Ci ty l s Share of Local Improvement Fund, Code
