the fee paid by him on Electrical Permit 108039.
This permit was issued by this Department in error as
it covers work to be done at 1869 Flandrau, which is in
Maplewood.
Therefore, it would be appreciated if you would draw up a
resolution, which will authorize the refund of this fee to
Mr. Anderson.
