WHEREAS: Vendall Co., Inc. licensed Cigarette Vending Nachine Operators, made
application F -11620 for Cigarette Licdnse for the Cummins Diesel Sales
Corp. at 595 Aldine Street where they have equipment on location, in error,
as this business is so properly licensed, therefore, be it
RESOLVED= That the proper city officers be and they are hereby authorized to refund
to the Cummins Diesel Sales Corp. for the Vendall Co., Inc. the fee of
$12.00 and to cancel said application for license.
