WHEREAS, COMPTROLLERIS CONTRACT L -6172, Lametti and
Sons, Incorporated, contractor for the construction
of the Riverview District Sewer, has been substantially
completed, and
WHEREAS, said Contractor requests that a portion of the
15% re tained under the Contrac t from a stimate s for work
done, be paid in advance of the final estimate of the
Contract, and
WHEREAS, the Commissioner and the Chief Engineer of the
Department of Public Works approve the payment at this
time of $ 13, 500.00 of the 17,100.00 retained, now
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper city officers be and they are
hereby authorized to pay the amount of $ 13,500.00 from
the retained percentage amounting to 17,100.00, to
said Contractor, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, the

Whereas, Said Contractor, requests
that a portion of the 15% retained
under the Contract from estimates for
work done, be paid in advance of the
final estimate of the Contract, and
Whereas,,The Commissioner and the

this time of $13,500.00 of the $17,100.00
retained, now therefore, be it
Resolved, That the proper city offic-
