RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held by and
before the Council of the City of Saint Paul, in the Council
Chamber of the Court House and City Hall, in said City, at
ten o'clock A. M., on November 8, 1960, upon the advisability
and necessity of the repair, replacement, remodeling or
wrecking and removal of the building on premises described as
the East 1 foot of Lot 27, and all of Lot 28, Block 3, Stinson's
Boulevard Addition to St. Paul, according to the plat thereof
recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County,
Minnesota, also known as 1291 Lincoln Avenue, because said
structure is reported to be dangerous and unsafe to life, limb
and adjoining property.

Dear Council Members:
This Department has made a number of inspections at 1291
Lincoln Avenue, described as East 1 foot of Lot 27, All
Lot 28, Block 3, Stinson's Boulevard Addition to St. Paul.
Our inspector reports that there is a garage here, approxi-
mately 13 by 23, in deteriorated condition. It is leaning
out of plumb, header over the door is pulling apart. It is
beyond reasonable repair and should be wrecked and removed.
The last known record owners are Herbert F. and Florence L.
S.chnobrich, 1291 Linoln Avenue, St. Paul 5. Danger Notices
have been posted.
Kindly institute condemnation action in accordance with
Section 1.07 -2 of the St. Paul Legislative Code.
