Council City of St. Paul Dear Council Members: This Department has made a number of inspections at 1291 Lincoln Avenue, described as East 1 foot of Lot 27, All Lot 28, Block 3, Stinson's Boulevard Addition to St. Paul. Our inspector reports that there is a garage here, approxi- mately 13 by 23, in deteriorated condition. It is leaning out of plumb, header over the door is pulling apart. It is beyond reasonable repair and should be wrecked and removed. The last known record owners are Herbert F. and Florence L. S.chnobrich, 1291 Linoln Avenue, St. Paul 5.
