INTERMEDIARY ORDER
In the Matter of condemning and taking a strip of land 30 ft. in width for
sewer purposes, the center line of said easement being described as the east
line of the W. 1/2 of the SW 1/4.of Sec. 35, T -29, R -22, between Burns Avenue
and Trunk Highway No. 12.
Also condemning and taking a temporary easement for construction purposes on a
strip of land 20 ft, in width, said temporary easement being adjacent to and westerly
of the above described permanent easement.
Also condemning and taking a temporary easement for construction purposes on a"
strip of land 20 ft. in width, said temporary easement being adjacent to and
easterly of the above described permanent easement.

The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is to condemn and take
a strip of land 30 ft. in width for sewer purposes, the center line of said easement
being described as the east line of the W. 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Sec. 35, T -29, R -221
between Burns Avenue and Trunk Highway No. 12.
Also condemn and take a temporary easement for construction purposes on a strip of
land 20 ft. in width, said temporary easement being adjacent to and westerly of the
above described permanent easement. S

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 14th day of
June, 1960 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
