in the grading of Magnolia Ave. from Mechanic Ave. to Hazelwood Street
and the Council hereby orders said improvements to be made.

hereby ordered to be taken, appropriated and condemned for the purpose of making said improvements, viz.:
For slopes, cuts and fills, including right of removal of lateral
support from subject land or remainder thereof occasioned by excavations thereof
or construction of slopes in the grading of Magnolia Ave. from Mechanic Ave. to
Hazelwood Street to the extent shown on the plan on file in the office of the
Commissioner of Public Works.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and
directed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and the proper city officials are hereby
