RESOLVED, that Beaudoin, Thuet, Todd & Pavlak be permitted
to withdraw a Zoning Appeal which they filed on behalf of Walter Mergens,
for the establishment of a new building line at 1117 E. Lawson Avenue,
and that the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to
refund to said Beaudoin, Thuet, Todd & Pavlak the sum of $20.00 paid
as a filing fee in said matter.
